Geocache Description:

a micro on the former BNAS

As Danielle of MommistoneFab4 and I were on the base yesterday to look for S-Ray's cache I had very mixed emotions. The once bustling airbase looked so empty and forlorn that it made me sad. On the other hand, I saw a gadzillion places to put a cache and that made me happy. My brother- in-law is a retired Master Chief (30 years in) and we had our family reunions here for many years. So I had to place the first one near where we have such great memories.

This is a very simple cache (I didn't know I was placing one so I didn't have any "tricky" ones with me).

I hope to put out a couple of more soon and I'm sure there are other cachers of a liek mind. Let's see if we can bring some life back to this great place!
