This is a puzzle cache which you can work out whilst you sit at the given coordinates and enjoy the view but beware it can be chilly.
The name refers to one of my favourite foods the exhaulted chilli. In order to solve the puzzle you will need to know the units used to measure the heat of chillies. From this it is a simple matter to work on the basis that S =1
