Geocache Description:

The coordinates will bring you to the parking area. I know this area has nothing to do with Ben Franklin but if I put it in Fort Barton it would have been over a mile round trip hike. Which likely would not see much action. The beach lot closes at sunset, however the cache & parking are available 24/7

Silence Dogood was a false persona used by Benjamin Franklin to get his work published. As a teenager, Franklin worked as an apprentice in his older brother James' printing shop in Boston, where The New England Courant was printed.
Franklin never got anything he wrote published, so, at age 16, Franklin created the persona of a middle-aged widow named Silence Dogood. Once every two weeks, he would leave a letter under the door of his brother's printing shop. A total of 14 letters were sent.
The letters poked fun at various aspects of life in colonial America. They were published in The New-England Courant fortnightly, and amused readers. Some men wrote in offering to marry Ms. Dogood, upon learning she was widowed.
Eventually, James found out that all fourteen of the letters had been written by his younger brother, which angered him. Benjamin left his apprenticeship without permission and escaped to Philadelphia.

Your job is to break “The Code of Silence” and follow where it leads you to make the discovery.

Due to the website link used to solve the puzzle being taken down there is no need to solve. See the hint for the final coordinates.
