You are looking for a plastic geocaching.com lock and lock. Make sure to rehide it better than you find it! It should be able to fit average sized trackable items.
Park at the posted coordinates and cross the covered footbridge to reach the trail. If you want to make this a longer stroll, park at the grist mill. The trail from the pond goes to the same spot.
Depending on how the previous cacher hides this, it could be easy or very hard.
I found this park by doing the Pilgrim Trail (GC1V4WJ) puzzle cache. It's has a great shady walking trail where you can see lots of wildlife.
Also, right after you cross the footbridge, be on the lookout for a very small letterbox.
