A brand new area in Westwood with hiking trails. (Unfortunately dogs and bikes are not allowed.) It has pine groves, stands of hardwood trees and a rocky outcrop that inspired the name. Be sure to visit the outcrop area before you leave.
The cache is in a orange matchstick container with a log and a short pencil. But bring another pencil along just in case it gets lost. Just a short distance from the cache is the rocky outcrop that will provide nice views when the trees lose their leaves.
