A special place for us and our first cache. Enjoy a nice stroll by the river and the beautiful views of the campus while looking for it.
Please watch your step while retrieving the cache - particularly if you're with little kids.
Also, we've now attached it to its root so it stops disappearing. Please don't pull too hard and replace it as you found it.
This is a good cache for walkers or bikers since there is no parking really close to the site.
The cache is near the bridge dedicated to John W. Weeks, a congressman, senator, and the 48th Secretary of War.
"Weeks Bridge was opened in 1927 to carry pedestrian traffic between the Harvard Business School's newly-built Allston campus and the Business School's former home, Harvard's traditional campus in Cambridge." (from Wikipedia)
For more history of the bridge and Mr. Weeks, see the linked Wikipedia page.
