Halloween Eve - 'Who do you think you are?' Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Happy Chappies: I think everyone's logged in, and all TBs are out (which is unusual so soon after an event cache!) so I'll archive this. Thanks everyone again for coming and see you at a future event!

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Don't spend Halloween knocking on the doors of strangers' houses. Come and spend it (or the evening prior at least!) with an equally bunch of strange people - Your fellow cachers!

And to go with the Halloween theme, we're not asking for scary costumes like Dracula or David Hasselhoff - Instead, come dressed as your cacher name!

While this will no doubt be easy for some cachers, for others it may be a bit of a challenge - So use some lateral thinking and creativity, and choose your 'difficulty' level accordingly! 'Treats' will be provided for all.

Time: 5.30pm til sunset (about8pm)

The event will take place at Anderson Park in Hawthorn, where we can gather for a picnic/bbq in the late afternoon and enjoy the wonderful view of twilight over the city together, catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. The park has bbq facilities and a fantastic playground, so bring the whole clan.

Activities:

5:30: Arrive. Figure out who's who. Point. Laugh. Etc.

6:15pm: Trick and Treat Cache race: 4 different puzzles (of differing types/difficulty) will be revealed, each leading to a cache you can keep (within the park), filled with Halloween goodies. One random cache will contain a FTF geocoin - the finder of that will get FTF honours for the event.
