Hidden in the woods close to the Day Use Parking Lot for the Ponkapoag Camp. A family friendly cache, it has great treasures inside.
We do an annual get together with a group of friends at the Ponkapoag Camp. This year, I decided to put together a geocache and hide it with the kids (age ranges from 4-9). Each of the kids got to pick out a treasure to include in the cache.
The cache is located close to the day use parking lot (coordinates included in this listing) for the Ponkapoag Camp. However, there are lots of hiking trails that lead to the camp, so you can access this cache from any number of places.
Our final GPS reading was accurate within 30 feet, so you'll still have to do some looking around.
