Geocache Description:

The cache is a 50 ml falcon tube that is not hidden at the published coordinates.

This is the sixth cache in a series covering different aspects of bioinformatics, all placed in the vicinity of universities with bioinformatics-related research. Doing other caches in the series might help you find the solution.

The real coordinates are found by studying a couple of proteins:
P11766; the sum of the positions of the zinc-binding cysteines are AAA
P49913; the sum of the positions of the residues involved in disulfide bond formation are BBB
P45379; there are two crystal structures published in 2003. The resolution of the most accurate one is CCC
P0CG48; The square of the number of recognised ubiquitin-like domains is DD

Then calculate:
XXX = AAA + 21
YYY = BBB + CCC - DD + 22

The coordinates are:
N 58° 23.XXX
E 015° 34.YYY
