Geocache Description:

Gypsy Lane is a Bridleway that connects Eddy Green Road and Dolman's Hill in the village of Lytchett Matravers. The path is reasonably wide, but will be muddy depending on the season.

The path also crosses a steep valley.

At the highest point of the path you will see a derelict caravan. In my youth there was a used traditional Romany Caravan parked there - I believe that the occupant worked seasonally on a local farm.

We also used to hurtle down the path on our bikes, though the push up the other side wasn't so much fun!

You are quite likely to encounter wildlife, we saw pheasants & rabbits when setting the cache and deer are a common sight.

Gypsy Lane #1 could be done as a cache and dash with parking nearby on Eddy Green Road. The footpath close to the cache is probably okay for stroller & 4x4 Wheelchair, but the final grab is not accessible by these means.

You are looking for a small clip lock tuperware container with log book & £1 FTF prize. Please leave cache as found, ie reasonably hidden. There is room for trackables & coins.
