A winter friendly camoed preform tube near a lookout point at the summit of Hurricane Hill.
After hiking up to the lookout last week in the dark, I planned to go on further to see the summit.
I talked Zebra Girl, VtGeoPirates and CAL into coming along and we had a nice little hike.
Its a little more than a mile from the Bennett Mills road to the summit.
The trail continues on to Knox Mt, and who knows where from there?
I placed the cache about 6 feet up a small fir tree very close to the pile of firewood.
The trail is mostly steep, smooth rock, that will be very slippery when wet, and dangerous when snow or icy.
