You can access this cache from the Stute Springs Nature Trail.
Welcome to the Stute Springs and Homestead Nature Trail, located off of Highway Z near Palmyra. You can purchase a trail guide at the entrance for $.25. This is part of the Kettle Moraine State Forest, which requires a parking pass or daily parking fee. This is also a hunting area, so be please be aware and plan accordingly. To get to this cache (please bring your own pen to sign the log), you will need to climb "The Big Hill". Its elevation of 1050 feet makes it the highest point in the Kettle Moraine! Permission to place this cache was granted by Amanda Prange with the WI DNR and by Thomas Meyer with the DNR State Natural Areas Program.
