The cache is not at the location as listed, but it a good place to fish – maybe for red herrings?

When I found COTFTF 12 I immediately thought, just my luck to be landed with number 13.  This got me thinking about lucky and unlucky numbers.  There are many features regarding 13, for instance it is the start of the “teens”.

We all know that “13” is considered an unlucky number in Australia.  There are buildings without a thirteenth floor and hotels without rooms ending in thirteen.  The origins of the superstition are vague.  Among Christians, when Jesus had the Last Supper, there were a total of 13 people at the table. After the last supper Jesus Christ was crucified on a Friday.

In numerology and astrology, it is the number 12 that is considered the number of completeness. Think of it, there are 12 months in a year, 12 zodiac signs, 12 apostles of Jesus, 12 tribes of Israel.  It is said due to these reasons that 13 is considered irregular and usually disturbs the completeness of things and is therefore unlucky.

Now we see a lot of people who believe that the number 13 is unlucky most especially if it falls on a Friday.

But such belief actually started in the 19th century and become widespread during the 20th century. Some authors claim that such belief started at the time when the Knights of Templar were arrested – October 13, 1307, Friday.

I have coded the coordinates in the sentence "They both saw the cache in a c section next to the doorstop coded by d plaunt"

Anyway the cache location has a nice view of the water, but it is muggle central at most times of the day, leading to the majority of the difficulty listed above. Update : due to removal of original hiding location you need to deduct 8 from the final seconds for the east coordinates. The south remains the same.
