Bonito paseo de subida al monte Mijedo desde donde podremos
disfrutar de unas fantásticas vistas de Noja, Isla, las marismas
Victoria etc. Nice ascent of mount Mijedo from where you can enjoy
fantastic views of Noja, Isla, Victoria marshes etc.
El camino comienza unos metros después del cruce entre la carretera
de Helgueras a Argoños con el camino interior que viene de Noja por
detrás de las marismas. Comienza la subida por un típico encinar
Cantábrico, para después pasar por madroños, eucaliptus etc. Camino
entre sol y sombra con buenas pendientes. Subiendo con niños por lo
menos es una hora de subida y otra de bajada. Recomendamos tomar el
camino del sur (derecha) al llegar a la casa verde y luego volver
por el norte para hacer una ruta circular rodeando el monte. El
contenedor es un típico tupper metido en una bolsa de plástico.
Inicialmente contiene una linterna / puntero laser, una baraja de
cartas y una goma de borrar. Buena suerte!

after the intersection of the road from Helgueras to Argoños with
the inner road that comes from Noja behind the marshes. The route
begins to climb a typical Cantabrian holm oaks, and then passes
through strawberry trees, eucalyptus etc. Nice walk between sun and
shade with good slopes. Hiking with kids will mean at least an hour
up and another to come down. We recommend you taking the path south
(right) when reaching the green house and then return to the north
to make a circular route around the mountain. The typical
Tupperware container is put in a plastic bag. Initially it contains
a flashlight / laser pointer, a deck of cards and an eraser. Good
