Welcome To Ocotillo Wells SVRA’s Fall CITO Event Page 2!
We received some great feedback this weekend that some geocachers were not able to participate due to the fact that they were saving their desert trip for the Geo-Ocotillo camp-out and other events that weekend. Well, we don't want to leave anyone out so we are having a second CITO just for anyone who missed the first one (and everyone else of course)!
Every year Ocotillo Wells SVRA hosts several cleanup events and we would like you to join us for a fun few hours of cleaning up your desert with friends!
Here are the details:
Who: You and anyone you can convince to come out and have fun in the desert! Off-highway vehicles are recommended but are not required!
What: A CITO
Where : Meet at the Ocotillo Wells Discovery center to sign in and recieve your CITO supplies. From there, we have almost 90,000 acres of desert you can explore!
Why : To help keep our desert beautiful!
When: On November 13th 2011. Here is the schedule:
7:00AM: Check-in and coffee will be served.
7:00AM to 12:00PM: CITO! Feel free to stay out for as little or as long as you like!
