Geocache Description:

A winter-friendly nano placed near a memorial. Do not block the fire hydrant, there is a construction project nearby.

I have driven past this marker more than 500 times.... today I stopped to read the plaque.

It's a millstone marker in memory of blacksmiths, whose trade was essential to early settlers. They “set” tires on the millstones, as well as supplying nails, kettles and pans, shovels and hoes, and shoeing horses.
