Material necesario: casco, linterna, arnés, cuerda de 30m y cordino
con nudo autoblocante (o bloqueadores
mecánicos)
Cómo
llegar:
Dejamos el coche en la parte
más alta de la urbanización Cavall Bernat (Matadepera), en las
coordenadas N41º 37.499 E2º 01.229.
Tomamos el camino hacia los
depósitos, y desde allí dirección norte hacia els Plecs del
Llibre.
En el cruce de las coordenadas
N41 37.779 E2 01.330 tomamos el sendero que sube a nuestra
izquierda, directo a la base de la pared vertical.
Al poco tiempo localizaremos un
palo vertical verde metálico que nos señala la entrada de
l'Avenc.
L'Avenc de la
Codoleda:
Con 20 metros de profundidad, y 80 metros
de recorrido, se trata de un Avenc ideal para iniciarse en la
espeleología. Tiene un acceso desde el párking muy cómodo, y el
interior del Avenc es grande y nada claustofóbico.
Observaremos la estrecha
entrada en la pared, y desde allí podremos ya asomarnos para
empezar a darnos cuenta de lo impresionante que es el
pozo.
Preparamos el material para
descender: cuerda, arnés, casco, linterna y al menos un ocho.
Recomendamos fijar la cuerda al árbol grande que hay en el
sendero.
Para adentrarse al pozo necesitaremos algo
de agilidad (atención que salir después es más complicado!!). El
truco para no quedarnos atascados está en subir y pasar por la zona
alta de la abertura.
Bajando podremos disfrutar de
la impresionante formación rocosa paralela a nosotros.
El interior del Avenc es
bastante grande, y muy divertido de explorar. Veremos un estrecho y
alto pasillo de unos 20 metros de longitud.
Al final del pasillo hay un
pequeño gorg con agua y una gran colada vertical con
clavos.
NO recomendamos pasar
de aquí: aunque existe una segunda salida superada esta pared, se
trata de un tramo MUY peligroso.
Consejos:
Es una aventura relativamente
asequible y muy divertida. Puede ser una buena primera experiencia
para atreverse con otros Avencs. Eso sí, requiere conocer la
técnica de subir y bajar por cuerda colgando.
NUNCA entréis sin el
material requerido, ni sin dominar la técnica de subir por cuerda
en voladizo, ya que no hay posibilidad de ayudarse con la pared o
ascender escalando. Y subir sólo a pulso 15 metros es IMPOSIBLE
!!!
JAMÁS
entres sólo al Avenc, y que SIEMPRE se quede, al menos, uno del
grupo fuera.
El
caché:
Se encuentra en la pared
izquierda del estrecho pasillo que une la sala del pozo con la pared de
clavos, a unos 10 pasos
de la gran sala, y a aproximadamente 2,5 metros del suelo (hay que
trepar un poco). Se localiza rápidamente, pues está dentro de una
de las pocas grietas que hay en la pared.

El caché es un tuper
pequeño, lo justo para libreta, boli y algún
objeto.

01.229. We take the path

01.330take the path up to
our left, directly at the base of the vertical wall. Soon you will
locate a metallic green vertical pole that points the chasm
entry.
"L'Avenc
de la Codoleda" (Codoleda chasm):
With 20 meters deep and 80
meters long, is an ideal for beginners exploring chasm. It has a
very comfortable access from the parking, and the interior is great
to explore and not claustophobic.
The entry in the wall is very
narrow, and from there we can peek and to begin to realize how
awesome it is the hole.
Prepare the material to
descend, rope, harness, helmet, flashlight and at least an "eight".
We recommend fixing the rope to the large tree that is in the
path.
To enter the hole you will need
some agility (remember, going outside will be even more
complicated!). The trick to avoid not getting stuck up is go
through the upper part of the opening.
Lowering you can enjoy the
impressive rock formation parallel.
The interior of the Avenc is
quite large, and very fun to explore. We will see a narrow corridor
that will lead to a wall with metal pins.
At the end of the hallway there
is a small gorg with water and a vertical wall with metalic
nails.
We do not recommend
continue up from here: although there is a second exit after this
wall, it is a VERY dangerous stretch.
Tips:
This is a relatively affordable
adventure and very funny. It can be a good first experience with
other Avencs. Of course, the technique requires knowledge of going
up and down with a rope hanging.
NEVER go in without the
required material or without knowing the technique
of hanging rope climb,
as there is no possibility to help with your hands climbing the
wall. And we assure you that pulse up the 15 meters is
IMPOSSIBLE!
NEVER enter inside the
Avenc alone, and always stay at least one of the group
outside.
The cache:
It is located on the left wall
of the corridor that connects the big room with the end wall with
nails, about 10 steps from the great room, and about 2.5 meters
above the ground (you have to climb a bit). Quickly to locate: it
is within one of the few hiles in the wall.

The cache is a small plastic container, enought for a notebook, pen
and some little objects.
