Cache is in the Eel River Preserve on the east side of Long Pond Road. Parking is at the mailbox at 204 Long Pond Road or continue down the dirt driveway and park out of the way. Container is a small screw top camo'd container. Bring a pencil and tweezers.
After crossing the footbridge follow the dirt road that roughly parrallels the river. Follow uphill, and after levelling off the road heads downhill. Take left road to open area with tall trees.
A more challengeing route for the sure footed (not for kids) is to follow the walking trail that leaves the dirt road on the left after the giant log. Continue past the shack.
