Owl É sabido por todo o reino animal e de seres fantásticos (fadas, anões e duendes), que os Mochos foram abençoados com uma sabedoria sem limites. Sempre que um Ser se sujeita a ir ao encontro de um Mocho – sim, porque o caminho até ao Mocho poderá não ser algo que agrade a todos - ele sabe que irá receber conselhos de ancestral sabedoria.

Como daquela vez, em que o pai Corvo procurou o Mocho para saber o que havia de fazer para se ver livre da Cascavel que todos os dias rastejava até ao seu ninho e lhe comia os ovos. A sr.ª Corvo já não estava a achar piada nenhuma a que os seus preciosos ovos servissem de almoço a tão rude Ser, e exigia o fim desta situação.
O Mocho, na sua infinita sabedoria, viu logo uma solução para o problema, e juntamente com o Corvo, fizeram uns ovos de terra, que depois de pintados de verde e com umas pintas pretas, ficaram iguais aos ovos da sr.ª Corvo.
Nesse dia, como habitualmente, a Cascavel subiu a árvore e devorou os ovos – os falsos, pois claro! A Cascavel teve umas dores de barriga enormes, e nunca mais incomodou os Corvos.

It is well known in the animal and magical kingdom, that Owls have been blessed with an enormous amount of wisdom. Whenever a natural or magical being makes the quest to the Owl’s tower, it knows that it will receive advises of immeasurable knowledge.

Like that one time, when father crow looked for the owl, because he didn’t knew what to do about the rattlesnake, the one that every day crawled up to his nest, and ate all of his eggs. Mrs. Crow demanded the immediate end of this situation!
The Owl, with its infinite wisdom, found a solution for the problem right away! Together with Mr. Crow, he made some eggs out of dirt, painted them green with black dots, and they ended up looking just like the ones from Mrs. Crow.
On that day, as usually, the rattlesnake crawled up the tree, and ate the eggs – the fake ones, of course! The rattlesnake had some huge gripes, and never disturbed the Crows again.
