The oldest built heritage in Tiszaderzs are the ruins of the Romanesque-style church of the Dominicans built in the 13th century. The church was destroyed by General Rabutin in the early 18th century. Today a gable wall remains visible with a door opening.

Tiszaderzs régmúltját idézi az 1200-as évekhez kapcsolódó kert és a benne lévo román stílusú domonkos-rendi Mária-templomrom. A homlokfal íves kapuja és az északi fal kis része orzi az Árpád-kori téglaépítészet emlékét. A templomnak épült téglaépületet a feljegyzések szerint az 1706-os Rabutin-féle hadjárat idején égették fel.
