Please note that the 3 "Beacons" no longer have any envelopes in them and the puzzle can be solved on this page alone. Thanks to everyone who participated in the recovery! The following paragraphs will remain on the page description to show you what the first part of the puzzle was all about, but you do not have to go to the three beacon caches mentioned below.

It is up to you to examine what your fellow operatives have brought back from the field. Use the grid to determine the location of the Final Beacon.

The following portion of the puzzle has been accomplished and it is no longer necessary to collect the information in the Beacon caches:

"This is a call to our pool of Intelligence Operatives! Headquarters has intercepted some intelligence from the Other Side. We have decoded the following grid from a rogue transmission and noticed a drop of three beacons located at the following locations:
Code Name: Dreadnaught, Code Name: Revenge and Code Name: Colossus
Information pertinent to this grid will be located at these beacons. Headquarters has jammed the signals from these beacons in order to make them untrackable by the Other Side. We cannot divulge how we came about this information or grid, but it is vital that we work together to collect this information as quickly as possible! Each of the three locations will contain an Information Database which can only supply each Operative with one printout per 7 days. Enter your Hex Code (%54%61%6b%65%20%61%6e%20%65%6e%76%65%6c%6f%70%65) into the Beacon and it will supply you with a sealed printout. Transport this printout to your computer terminal and upload the information to Headquarters, via this page. Once 150 printouts are received (50 per beacon location) the beacons will revert to normal Traditional caches. It is essential that we discover the final beacon location before any of the Other Side do. The safety of our country depends on it!"

"The rules to this task are simple:
1. You may visit the three beacon locations once per week and extract one printout per visit. However, you may only log each of the three locations as “Found” once. The remaining visits may be logged as Notes.
2. Should you drop an unique Intellience Trackable Item such as a Travel Bug or Geocoin (one which has not been to the cache before) in one of the three locations for another cacher to move along, the beacon will supply you with an additional printout from that cache.
3. You must log the following information onto THIS puzzle page so other Operatives may benefit:
a) the printout number
b) each grid location and associated letter code of each location
(as a fictional example, Printout 125 G5 - O; J8 - B)"


"It is important that our mission remain secret and information must pass only between Headquarters and other Operatives. Good luck on the assignment! All posted information will be confirmed by HQ and the grid will be updated periodically, but you may also use the grid yourselves in your Secret Home Bases. Once all the information has been retrieved and posted, you will each be designated as "Agents, Licensed to Solve" and unleashed on the problem as individuals. This message MAY self-destruct after a solution is found. As well, the highest medal of honour that we can bestow on you will be given to the first operative to crack this case!"
