Park in the large lot where the hot dog truck parks.
Walk back toward highway 27 (Sunrise) and you will find a trail along the fence. Don't try forcing your way through the scrub oak. (Unless you are Stayfloopy!)

The cache can be nearly invisible if you put it back properly. If you don't want to bother, it probably won't be there for the next seeker...
This cache replaces one near here so I'm continuing the science fiction title theme. This one was by Philip Jose Farmer. You would never guess this open space is here looking from the road.
