I placed this cache for others that might be wanting another cache in the area to do while waiting for their car to be taken care of. I already had the other caches in the area, so I figured other people might be in the same boat.
Parking available everywhere, unsure about night caching but since it is in the area of businesses, I assume not a good idea. Be careful of muggles, especially during a lunch hour as they tend to hang around outside and PLEASE hide exactly as found to retain difficulty level.
