Geocache Description:

Another chance for you to visit a little playground, and you'll probably be able to find this without your GPS!

Scullin Park is a great little playground suitable for younger kids. It has been a long time favourite in our family ever since we've had kids. There's two reasons for this; it's REALLY close to us, and it has been squarely aimed at younger (1.5 - 10 yrs) children. And now, younger geoniors! The park features two slides, two swings (if the chain doesn't go a bit slack them my geoniors quite clearly are going high enough) a metal zigzag climbing frame, a small climbing wall, monkey bars, hanging disks, a spiders web, "shop window", musical bars, and two nausea inducing spinning disk and poles. There's also a water drinking fountain, a couple of park benches and even a picnic table, all under an enormous tree.

Since our previous cache here, Scull'n'Bones - Buried Treasure was getting continuously muggled, (#1 "Daddy, why would someone be SO naughty?" #2 "Yeah! The meanies took our treasure!" ) I decided to just archive it and replace it.

Number one geonior has been insistent upon hiding it up a tree, and given the trees in this little park I think you're all fortunate I was able to reign him in a little. He'll make an evil hider one day. This is a direct contrast to number two geonior, who wants to just hide things "back where it is supposed to be, daddy!" ..

So discussing with him where to hide it, number one says the following.

Well if you stand right here and look through the middle of the spiderweb, you should then find it.
Ok Son, so how do you describe where you are standing?
Well, I'm standing right beside the pole for the top platform, on the web side, furthest from the slide! Silly Daddy...

So, suitably chastised, the cache has been re-hidden. You wont see it from the described location, but you will know where to search.

Now, it goes without saying, please return the cache back to the same location, in the same condition as you initially found it in. As I live close by I am readily able to maintain the cache and log, so don't feel shy with your stamps or sticker logs. I love seeing them, and so do the kids.

Enjoy!
