Caveat Cacher
The coordinates above will lead you outside the Department of History of Art, but there's nothing to see there. There are some nice things in the Fitzwilliam museum, which just to the north, but any connection which they might have with this puzzle is entirely coincidental.
The Department of History of Art
To many people, the study of Art is seen as just an excuse to look at pretty pictures. People see the little scholarship to which the subject can lay claim as merely the identification of a work's title, age, or artist.
However, in this department we adopt a more enlightened view. Not only must the relevant literary sources be consulted, they must be read many times over until all the information has been extracted.
As ever successful scholarship requires a mixture of imagination and industry, but you will find that modern technology helps enormously.
Addendum
They say that a picture is worth a thousand words but in this case most of the information isn't in the art. One shouldn't ignore the key insights poetry can provide though, especially after enjoying a colourful time.
