Loved this hill as a kid, I would always race up this hill with my brother; he is older, therefore he never showed me any mercy, he always won. This will be an easier one so I can show some mercy. :) You are looking for an old laser pointer made bison tube.
No need to jump any fences. Coords might be a little off, but it is on your side of the fence.
