Es Pi Gros de Can Martí
Es Pi Gros de Can Martí i Es Roure del Bon Retir són els dos únics arbres monumentals i emblemàtics de Tossa que tenen un certificat del Departament de Medi Ambient de la Generalitat, que els atorga oficialment una vàlua i protecció. El primer, el Roure del Bon Retir, té el reconeixement d'Arbre Monumental (Decret 214/1987) i el segon, el gegantí Pi Gros de Can Martí, el d’Arbre d'Interès Local (Decret 47/1988). Es Pi Gros de Can Martí, situat al costat d'un camí de pas important, disposa d’una barana que l'envolta i una placa informativa segons la qual l'arbre té una edat de 250 anys i un perímetre de 4'25 metres, tot i que en realitat actualment ja en fa 4'36. El seu nom prové de l’antic Mas Can Martí, a l’altra banda de la riera i actualment convertit en càmping.

Pi Gros de Can Martí (pine) and Roure del Bon Retir (oak) are the only two heritage trees that are emblematic of Tossa certificate from Environment Department of Catalan Government, which officially gives them a value and protection. The Roure del Bon Retir has the recognition of Monumental Tree (Decree 214/1987) and the giant Pi Gros Can Marti, the Tree of Local Interest (Decree 47/1988). The big pine, located beside a major road crossing, has a railing around it and an information board whereby the tree is 250 years old and a perimeter of 4'25 meters, although in reality it is already done in 4'36. Its name comes from the old farm Mas Can Marti, on the other side of the river and camping now become.
