Geocache Description:

Cache is hidden in an area full of wildlife including beavers, ducks, cranes, and much more. It is a camouflaged lock and lock container. Please leave as you found it. You'll find any interesting items that you may want to exchange. Please check to see whether trackable items are currently available.

This cache is in the Cleaveland Farms State Forest along a re-routed section of the Bay Circuit Trail in the eastern most part of Boxford. From the Cleaveland Farms Parking Lot, you will need to cross a stream where the beavers have built a small dam and follow the trail up to marker 90 where you take a right. (visit link)

Not far to the west of the cache is a small parcel of land owned by the Boxford Trail Associatiion/Boxford Open Land Trust (BTA/BOLT). You may want to explore this quietly tucked away green space. To learn more about BTA/BOLT (visit link)

The location of this cache was chosen to honor some overly ambitious beavers who may have bitten off more than they could chew.

Congratulations to Froedo Bagginz (visit link) for FTF. This was his 2,196th find! You may want to visit Froedo's nearby cache "Imagine what they can do with a Mega..." (visit link) . He provides coordinates for the parking area (visit link) .
