This cache is placed on a Piscataquog Land Conservancy property and has been placed with their knowledge. Please enter at PLC Thomas Sanctuary sign on Dougherty Lane and please stay between stone wall on your left and blue blazed trees on your right. For more information on PLC and their conservation work visit www.plcnh.org. Cache was placed with PLC easement monitors that showed up this area and told us it is beautiful in the summer and a great place to picnic.
Parking is plentiful on Dougherty Lane off of Tucker Mill Rd (Dougherty Lane bridge is closed, so no access from Middle Branch Rd). Tree cover allowed for 10' accuracy. There are no trails on this property, so please stay on land marked with blue blazes and PLC placards. The land opens up wide after crossing Peacock Brook. This area is wonderful to explore and hike and view a great deal of intersting sights and sounds.
