Tucked away under cover, this cache is essentially a park-n-grab. The parking for Merrill Park is a great place to start. Head toward the Duck Pond and you’re on the right path. BYOP.
While the pond is always a great place to take a child fishing, some days are better than others. The 3rd Saturday in April may be the best day of the year to grab this cache with a child and do a little fishing :-)
Have fun and explore the park while you’re here. The trails are nice, as is the little playground. There are even a couple more caches you can grab while you’re in the neighborhood!
FTF gets a new Travel Bug tag & a wooden FTF coin. Small swag may fit in the space with the cache, but it's not exactly weatherproof....
Winter friendly, hardpack trail (to the cache), child, bike and stroller friendly.
