Geocache Description:

Camo wrapped bottle near one of the most interesting trees I have ever seen.

CordsFamily lives fairly close to DW Field and we enjoy it all the time. Last year we started geocaching and were suprised to find that there were so few caches in such a great walking park. So we placed a couple of caches in the area and got some great feedback. Over the winter my sons and I planned out some places to put some new ones and try to get DW to a power trail type situation. We are not there yet, but are working toward it.

These caches are placed on the "smaller" side of the park. On this side there are a lot of great trails, but the traffic on the road is two way, so be cautious when walking on pavement, especially with kids. A lot of these caches were created with children in mind, so if you cache with wee-ones check out our others in the area.

On the way out of the park this afternoon wifey saw the coolest tree. we have been past this a thousant times and never noticed it before. It looks like a wooden canoe was reclaimed by the forest and converted back to a tree again. It's so cool.

The cache is a camo wrapped bottle and hidden in the vicinity of the wicked cool tree.
