This is the first of the WMLT series. WMLT refers to town-owned public property belonging to the Westerly Municipal Land Trust. This cache is named "Welcome to Westerly" as it is located off a popular entranceway to Westerly. Please enjoy Westerly as much as I did growing up and returning to visit family.
The cache is suspended by wire nearly eye-level.
