Es war einmal ein kleines Mietauto, das hieß Lotta...
...und quälte sich nach dem MallorGeo 2012 ohne Servolenkung
eine sehr romantische Küstenstraße im Westen Mallorcas entlang.
Von Palma ging es nach Valdemossa, dann nach Deia - bis es schließlich mit seiner Fahrerin chaoskirsche an dieser Stelle bei Banyalfubar vorbeikam. Die mutige "Ich brauche keine Servolenkung im Tramuntana-Gebirge"-Fahrerin machte Halt und saß so lange hier, dass sie sich dachte, sie könnte hier einen Cache für euch verstecken, damit ihr auch (hoffentlich bei recht viel Sonne) in den Genuss dieses Ausblicks kommt.
Parken ist quasi direkt am Cache möglich.
(Ihr müsst nicht über die Mauer klettern. Bitte seid vorsichtig - hier halten schonmal Fotomuggels. Im Zweifel besser warten, damit der Cache lange überlebt.)
Lotta quälte sich an jenem Tag übrigens wunderbar wieder heim. Das Wetter war klasse - und wer lange am Cacheversteck ausgeharrt und bei der Fahrt durchs Gebirge (bitte immer mindestens einen halbvollen Tank "mitführen" ;)) Hunger bekommen hat, hier ein kleiner Extra-Tipp für Freunde des italienischen Essens, süßer Restaurants und romantischer Ausblicke:
Folgt der Straße einfach noch ein kleines bisschen bis nach Estellencs. Nach der Kurve am Ortseingang (der echt nicht weit entfernt vom Cache ist) findet ihr auf der rechten Seite das kleine Lokal "Bar Pizzeria Il Giardini" - wenn ihr auf der Terrasse sitzt, die durch viele Bäume und Pflanzen verschönert wird und durch einen romantischen Blick aufs Meer glänzt, vergesst ihr bei leckerem, rustikalen Essen eventuelle Anstrengungen des (Cache-)Tages. Einen Parkplatz findet ihr übrigens gut 100 bis 200 Meter weiter (einfach beim Pferd/Esel rechts einbiegen ;))...
Ich hoffe, Cache, Location und eventuell auch der kleine "Geheimtipp" gefallen auch - zeigt mir gern ein paar Bilder von eurer Tour ;))

Please don't fall over any walls at all and please be extremely careful as there can be some muggels around!
Please don't let the cache fall down!

Once there was a nice little rented car - its name was Lotta...
...and she really had some trouble to conquer a very romantic coastal road in mallorca's west after the MallorGeo 2012 - all without a servo steering.
From Palma we (Lotta and chaoskirsche) went to Valdemossa, then to Deia - until we found this nice little spot near Banyalfubar. chaoskirsche spent some time around - enjoying the view and rest. That's when she thought she would have to place a cache for you so that some of you might get to know this nice place as well.
You can quasi park just in front of the cache.
(You don't have to climb over any walls! Please be aware of muggels that are taking picture. You might meet some of them. Please wait in case of endangering the cache.)
By the way: Lotta brought me "home" savely. The weather was great - and those of you who are hungry now (just like me ;)) after a long (cache-)day in the Tramuntana-Mountains might enjoy a little insiders' tip: If you like sweet little Italian restaurants, fresh food (yummy! ;)) and romantic outlooks:
Just follow the road just a little while to Estellencs. Just after the bend at the entrance to the town (not far away from the cache!) there's a small restaurant - "Il Giardini" - on the right hand side. If you take a seat in the terrace, on which you'll find a lot of nice plants and even a tree ;)), you'll have a fantastic view over some green gardens to the sea! Simple but yummy meals included ;) You can park about 100 to 200 metres after you've passed the restaurant (just turn right at the donkey or horse (or whatever ;))...
