Park 'n Climb 'n Grab Traditional Geocache

My first attempt at this cache used a hide location just beyond the paved area of this new park and ride. Its original title was "Park 'n Ride / Park 'n Grab". The problem was that I forgot about the nearby 'Who you gonna call" cache that was a little bit too nearby.
So this one had to be moved, and it now requires a rather steep - but short climb. This will be tricky when the ground is wet (or snowy or icy...).
I drive by here twice every day and have noticed that this parking area is usually empty. I hope to be seeing some traffic in there soon.
