FTF Prize is a real nice FTF Coin. Bought two of these for our really good caches. GeoGerms earned one of them getting the FTF on "I've Fallen for You". Who gets this one??? (Picture of Coin in photos)
There is a nice long hike between "End of Trial, Closing Arguments" and "konahuanui wonderland" so we took advantage of that and placed an easy to find cache to wet the geo-fever between the two.
This trail is NOT for the faint at heart. It will push you physically and mentally. From the beginning to this cache is the easy part. If you feel that you made it this far and still have plenty of drive to go, head on up to "K1 or K2????". It is well worth the hike.
I will help with directions a little. When you get to "End of Trial, Closing Arguments" take a RIGHT. You will hike through some brush for about 5-10 minutes and come to a place where you can keep going forward, or you can take a trail that branches to the LEFT and turns you almost around. Take the LEFT. Follow that around the mountain for about an hour or so, maybe a little less. You then will come to a switchback on your right that takes you up and back. Take that and the cache will be on your left about 3 minutes or so in.
The GPS was not giving us coords... again, so we resorted to the IPHONE. That is why I have given directions. Also posted is coords that we took for the second switchback near our cache.
It is a green lock and lock, please hide again well enough that passerby's can't spot it.
