A tiny mystery-multi-stroll-by cache where Wellingtons are needed for the final.

Nachdem unser erster Waldcache letztes Jahr nach nur kurzer Lebensdauer verschwand, haben wir uns diesmal ein urbaneres Versteck ausgesucht. Gern kann man das Heben auch mit dem Gang auf einen der nahegelegenen Keller oder Gasthöfe in Buttenheim verbinden. An Sonntagen sollte man allerdings auf die zahlreichen Sportsehermuggles aufpassen. Die beste Parkmöglichkeit und der Einstieg zum Rätsel ist bei den Koordinaten des Listings, der Cache liegt woanders.
Vor dem Loggen müsst Ihr ein paar Zahlen zusammenbekommen, die per Spaziergang und Umschau einfach zu finden und zu sinnvollen Koordinaten zu ergänzen sind:
Stage 1 (PK):
Zwischen welchen Jahren hat in Buttenheim die Flurbereinigung stattgefunden?
A = fünffache Quersumme der 1. Jahreszahl
B = dreimal das Quadrat der Quersumme der 2. Jahreszahl - 5
Die Koordinaten von Stage 2 sind dann

Stage 2:
Ihr befindet Euch zwischen einem sakralen und einem profanen Gebäude gegenüber, wie sie in jedem Dorf vertreten sind. Beide tragen je eine Jahreszahl über bzw. am Eingang.
C = fünfmal die niedrigere Jahreszahl + 8
D = (1. Ziffer) (2. Ziffer +2) (3. Ziffer) (4. Ziffer + 4) der höheren Zahl
Die Koordinaten des Finals:

ACHTUNG! Das Final ist nur mit Gummistiefeln (bitte nicht barfuß!) auf dem Wasserwege erreichbar, man muss eine passende Einstiegsstelle zu den letzten Metern finden, Empfehlung: 0.020' zu den Nordwerten und 0.015' zu den Ostwerten des Finals hinzuzählen. Bitte in keinem Fall die Vegetation niedertrampeln und bitte den Cache wieder rattensicher verschließen und verstecken!
Da die Koordinaten vor Ort nicht exakt durchkommen, gibt es noch ein Spoilerbild.
Für den Erstfinder ist eine FTF-Urkunde drin. Die Dose trägt auch noch eine Nummer, diese ist für eine angedachte spätere Erweiterung gedacht.

After our first forest-hidden cache had vanished after a short while, we have selected a more urban spot now. The quest may be combined with a visit to one of the nearby beer Kellers or inns in Buttenheim. Please be aware that there can be numerous muggles watching sports events on a Sunday. You‘ll find the best parking location which is also the starting point of this mystery under the listing coordinates; the cache is hidden at a different place.
Prior to logging you need to determine some numbers which can be found on a little walk around. The numbers will lead you to coordinates if correctly interpreted.
Stage 1 (PK):
Between which years took the land consolidation ('Flurbereinigung') place in the community of Buttenheim?
A = five times the digit sum of the first year
B = three times the squared digit sum of the second year - 5
Stage 2 coordinates are then:

Stage 2:
You are in the middle between a sacral and a secular building as they can be found in a typical village. Both display a year date next to the entrance.
C = five times the lower year date + 8
D = (1st digit) (2nd digit +2) (3rd digit) (4th digit + 4) of the higher date

ATTENTION! The final can only be reached with Wellingtons (rubber boots, please not barefoot!) on the water way, you have to find a suitable access point to the last meters. My recommendation is to add 0.020' to the North and 0.015' to the East values of the final coordinates. Do not trample down the vegatation and please close the cache in a ratproof way and hide it carefully again.

The cache contains a certificate for the first finder. The number that is printed on the cache serves the purpose of a future extension.
