A cache to celebrate Mardis Gras. Plenty of parking available.
After several DNF's on the original posting, the cache was archived. However it is , and always has been there. Because so many people have been successful and enjoyed it, and it is such a nice spot, I am re posting it under a slightly different name. I have made the cache a little more obvious and made the hint very obvious to help those who have been frustrated. ( Sorry if it was too difficult, but please try again. )
Fat Tuesday is always the day before Ash Wednesday, and marks the beginning of Mardi Gras in New Orleans.
