Sub Title : A Strange Structure
The New Town Rivulet walk follows the rivulet from the River Derwent, upstream to its source on Mount Wellington. This walk explores the cultural heritage and natural environment of the rivulet.
Further on, the rivulet has cut its course through beds of sandstone, creating beautiful pools and waterfalls that provide habitat for a diverse range of aquatic invertebrates. From the end of the linear park, walking tracks continue into Mount Wellington, joining the mountain’s network of trails.
This series of caches that follow the rivulet track. Enjoy the walk.
Finally, can you please ensure the cache is replaced in the same way as found.
Do not attempt this cache if the river is in flood
