This cache has been archived.

CaptJackStatik: With great reluctance, we are archiving this cache. When the weather gets a little better, we will put out a new cache in honor of this one. Thanks to all that found it, and our apologies to those that didn't.

Geocache Description:

This Cache, unfortunately, has an eventual end date. The New Hampshire Rail Trail is a project to make a 44 mile long corridor along the old Train Tracks that will run from Methuen, MA to Lebanon, NH. To find out any more information about this project, (visit link)

When I first set out to place this cache, I was doing it in honor of my new job. I just started working in the plaza, and found what I thought was a good spot for my new job cache. After discussing it with CaptJack, he made a much better suggestion, and that is where it is.

Here's the kicker. The cache is placed in an area that will likely be disrupted by the the future plans to make the bike corridor. As far as I can tell, there is no set time as to when construction will start or even when it will encroach on this particular area. So, untill that time comes, this cache will be placed.

In the future, if the construction does destroy my hiding place, I will then archive and place a new one close by in memory of this cache.

Cache is too small to hold a pen or pencil, so remember to bring one with you. Also, please put it back exactly where you found it. We intend for this one to be fairly difficult, so make sure when you re-hide, it is as difficult for the next person as it was for you.
