I FORGOT THE GC CODE!!!

While out Geocaching this past weekend, I found a cache, but forgot to write down the GC code so that I could log it. I do remember...

There were 7 characters total (including "GC")
The other 5 characters were numbers
There are a few details I can recall...
- The product of the first two numbers was 24.
- The fourth number was half of the second number.
- The first number was smaller than the fourth number.
- The sum of the last two numbers was the same as the sum of the first and third numbers.
- The sum of all the numbers was 26.
- All of the numbers were unique.
