A lot of people hate Mondays.
I think we can turn Mondays into Fun Days!
Come on out to McCormick's Creek State Park
and join us for a pitch-in trail mix & hike and a pitch-in no-cook lunch & hike.
10:00AM We will meet at the coordinates and have a trail mix buffet.(ziplock bags will be provided.)
Everyone needs to bring a trail mix ingrediant(nuts, dried fruit, cereal....whatever you think would go well in a trail mix).
List what you are bringing in your will attend log so we know what will be there.
Bring a bag for each person in your group and a little extra.
10:30AM we will start the hike on Trail 9. Trail 9 is rated easy and is a 1.2 mile loop.
12:30PM we will have a no-cook pitch in lunch at the picnic area at the posted coordinates.
Bring something for lunch that does not require cooking.
Bring an entree(sandwiches, beef jerky, etc) and a side(chips, nuts, etc).
List what you are bringing in your will attend log so we know what will be there.
Bring enough for your group and a little extra.
2:00PM We will meet at Wolf Cave Parking.
2:15PM We will start hiking Trail 5. Trail 5 is rated moderate and is 2 miles.
Pitch-Ins only work if everyone participates, so please be sure to contribute!
