A Cache designed to introduce one to the wonderful small town of Odeceixe with a fantastic view over the river valley and the town itself.

Descrição da Geocache: Uma cache que pretende apresentar-vos a maravilhosa vila de Odeceixe com uma vista fantástica sobre o rio, vale e a própria cidade. Aprecie… A melhor maneira de chegar à cache é ir pela parte alta da cidade (para baixo), existindo estacionamento na rua mais próxima. NÃO estacione dentro da área do moinho. Outra cache num moinho, com vistas fantásticas sobre a vila de Odeceixe. Um esconderijo fácil de encontrar, deixando tempo para apreciar a vista e também para uma visita a esta soberba vila. Dê um passeio pelas redondezas e beba um café ou uma bebida fresca. A vila e o moinho de vento merecem bem a sua visita. O moinho teve um horário de visitas afixado mas não estava disponível quando nós o visitamos. Se o horário de abertura voltar a estar disponível outra vez afixá-lo-ei. Vá sem pressa. Tire muitas fotos e deixe só bons pensamentos. Proteja o ambiente e faça CITO. O container é um rolo fotográfico e só contém o logbook. Leve caneta. Divirta-se! Na eventualidade de a cache necessitar manutenção, eu mesmo, ou alguém da nossa família fá-la-emos. Visitamos a zona com regularidade, pois temos uma casa em Vale Juncal (a 10 minutos de distância). Também uma Geocacher local (Sotavento_) pode ajudar em situações da emergência, se nós estivermos no Reino Unido por exemplo. Hint: Arbusto.......................... English..... ....................................................................................................... The Cache is best approached from the top side of the town (Downhill!!) and parking is available for your car on the nearby street. DO NOT park inside the Windmill area.
Another 'Windmill' Cache with fantastic views over the village of Odeceixe. An easy find allowing time to enjoy the view and also a visit to this superb little Village. Take the time to have a walk round and perhaps a nice coffee or a cool drink.
The Village and the Windmill are both well worth some time spent. The mill did have a notice showing the 'Open time' but this was not available when we visited. If the times of opening become available again I will post them.
Take your time. Take many pictures and leave with nothing but good thoughts. Protect our environment and practice CITO if you need to.
The container is a 35mm film canister and holds only the log. You will need a pen.

In the event of required maintainance either myself or one of our family will perform any repairs etc. We are often in The area as we have a house at Val Juncal (10 mins away).. Also a local Geocacher (Sotavento) can help in emergency situations. If we are in the UK for example. *Well done Freak Finders on your FTF*
