Geocache Description:

Puzzle cache: the cache is not at the posted coordinates!

It has been a bit of a tradition in our family for me to read The Hobbit to each of our boys, usually around second or third grade. Last month I finished the last chapter with our youngest son, and now he is asking for more! I will be happy to oblige. Meantime, here is a Hobbit puzzle for your consideration.


Once you have solved the puzzle (and yes, you have to solve for both latitude and longitude), apply this offset:

N +0.134 W -0.069

before seeking the cache.
