evilfoot: I spoke with one of the Water Works patrolmen today and he said the signs were not from the WW - probably a resident who doesn't want people driving down the road which dead ends at a gate and turning around in a driveway. He said there is no problem walking down there but I don't want people getting hassled over the sign so I am reluctantly archiving the cache and I have removed the container. It had a good run and thanks to those who took the time to visit it.
