This geocache located in the woods, behind a pond, next to the Southern Maine Fish & Game Club in Kittery. Since moving here from Hawaii last year I have been eying this spot as a potential geocache location. The pond is very pretty and it’s a very nice spot to go fishing. I’ve even seen people ice skating there in the winter.
The cache is loaded with prizes for the first 6 people to find. Its starting contents include a USS PASADENA ball cap, zippo lighter, patch, ships coin, golf balls and a REAL Silver dollar from the late 1800’s. FTF of course gets pick first!
Eventually though, I would like the cache’s contents to contain knick-knacks related to fish and game in honor of the Southern Maine Fish and Game Club.
I would also like to thank the Southern Maine Fish and Game Club for giving me permission to place this geocache on their land. Hopefully we can get some of their members interested in geocaching.
