Geocache Description:

You are looking for a soda preform.

While growing up in Shearstown, Newfoundland, there were a number of places and events that are quite memorable to me. I decided to leave a small series of caches to highlight these places and events.

St. Mark's Anglican School I graduated from St. Marks school many years ago. It was a Anglican school for students in grades k-8. Oh they stories my mom could tell about when I started Kindergarten, and the times I ran home from school when the teacher (Mrs. Peddle) was not looking!!!!

In 2002, a fire completely destroyed the school. The arsonist was never identified. Several years prior to this the school was closed due to structural problems. All that remains of the school today is part of the concrete slab and a few signs!
