The Länsmansgrund Nature Reserve is a typical outer archipelago island north of Boxö. Plants such as juniper twigs, bog bilberries and heather grow up out of the cliff crevices, and you can see the charming flight of the black guillemot here. Visitors can come ashore at the natural harbour, with its inlet from the east between Länsmansgrund and the island of Östra Landet. Here there is a small cottage with a stove that you can use if you are careful. There are also a picknick table and a barbeque here.
The cache is located half way between the cottage and the picknick table.
Our topo map warned us about four rocks in the northern part of the harbour. Three of them are not on our sea chart. So be carefull.
