This cache series is based on the Hunger Games. Rue was one of the girls in the Hunger Games. She lived in District Eleven, and was the best at climbing trees. Every day she went off to work and climbed the highest tree to pick fruit. At the end of the day, she would whistle her special four note whistle to signal that the day was done.
This cache is a bison tube located at Mack's Apples. A FTF prize will await the FTF on the ground underneath the cache. The FTF is looking for a $1 coin. This cache is part of a series, so there are hints to figure out the coordinates for the final in each log.
