Traditional cache located on Dune Rd in West Hampton Beach. Lashley Beach. Also part of the Iron Series...training grounds for our family triathlons. Search to the right of the more eastern gate on the street side. You may be able to park briefly in the parking lot as you are only charged to enter the beach, not the parking lot. This is a log only, so BYOP.
This cache is dedicated to our elitist friends (also cachers) who reside on the "odd" side of the street. This cache is located on the "odd" side of the street as well. We dedicate this cache to them who graciously host our annual weekend move in (we become squatters) where we are finally able to rub elbows with the other local elitists running and cycling, yet never seem to offer a "friendly wave" in return. If they only knew we are on the odd side of the street as well! We really enjoy our time here every summer and offer this description in jest. We are certain you will enjoy this section of Dune Rd as much as we do, so here's a little cache to keep you occupied. July 2014 we replaced the cache as the original has gone missing. It survived Hurricane Sandy only to go missing a year later. Changed the container to a new unique one.
