Geocache Description:

Should be an easy find on the Farmland Trail at Indian Springs Metro Park.

This is one of our first two caches.  They were inspired by our grandsons who love to cache and love this park. They also love GOODIES... and this Gallon Jar  has been filled.  (FTF will see a lottery ticket in the log book...Good Luck!) The cache is located thirty feet off the trail. NO bushwhacking is required as the park wants us all to stay on the trail to protect this beautiful area.  On the trail watch for a flock of wild turkeys which has been seen recently, as well as the most beautiful fawn we have seen quite often.  There are Missagua rattlers in the park, though in my twenty years on the trails I have seen only harmless garters. As in any outdoor situation, look carefully, and probe areas with a stick. (PS bug repellent might be a good idea as well)

A Metropark permit is required. $5 daily pass, $25 annual pass, $15 seniors. All park rules and regulations apply. Park in parking lots only. Pets are allowed in the park except in nature areas. THIS HIDE IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.  Geo pooches will have to pass. Sorry.
